Debata była zorganizowana przez Europejskie Centrum Solidarności i odbyła się w historycznej Sali BHP Stoczni Gdańskiej.
W debacie wzięli udział;
Małgorzata Omilanowska - wiceminister kultury i dziedzictwa narodowego, Ole Christian Vad - Prezes Zarządu BPTO Stocznia Cesarska,
Jacek Dominiczak - profesor ASP Gdańsk, autor alternatywnej koncepcji budowy Nowej Wałowej
oraz Marek Piskorski, dyrektor Biura Rozwoju Gdańska.The debate was organized by European Centre of Solidarity and took place in historic place in Gdansk Shipyard.

Malgorzata Omilanowska - Deputy Minister of Culture and Heritage,
Ole Christian Vad - the President of the Management of Imperial Shipyard,
Jacek Dominczak - professor of Academy of Art in Gdansk
and Marek Piskorski - the director of the Development Departament of Gdansk.
