Konferencja „Europa z widokiem na przyszłość” odbyła się przed III Szczytem Partnerstwa Wschodniego w Wilnie. Podczas tego szczytu ma się odbyć podpisanie umowy stowarzyszeniowej między Unią a Ukrainą oraz parafowanie porozumień z Gruzją i Mołdawią. Panel dyskusyjny dotyczył 2ch osi – sąsiedzi ze strony wschodniej oraz ze strony południowej.
	The Conference "Europe with a view to the future" took place a few days before the IIIrd Eastern Partnership Summit in Vilnus. During this summit the signing of the Association Agreement between UE and Ukraine and initialling of the agreement with Georgia and Moldova is planned.  Panel discussion concerned 2 axles – neighborhood from the east and from the south side. In panel debate about the book “Khodorkovsky’s Case", published by the College of Eastern Europe - Russia – the never-ending authoritarianism? took part Andrzej Brzeziecki editor in Chief of the “Nowa Europa Wschodnia” magazine, Wacław Radziwinowicz correspondent of “Gazeta Wyborcza In Moscou” Aleksander Pumpiański “Novaya Gazieta” (collaboration) Vladimir V. Kara-Murza Senior Policy Advisor, Institute of Modern Russia – M. Khodorkovsky’s think tank.  In other debates  the participants looked for an answer if Eastern Partnership - Bringing together Eastern neighbours with the European Union or is it an European excuse? Perspectives from the East and West. EU Neighbourhood policy in the South and East: idealism and realism. Is there a way to balance one with the other? In this debate took parts Marek Radziwon editor in chief of the “Novaya Evropa” magazine Speakers:Manuel Sarrazin  Member of the Bundestag, Germany Nilgün Arisan Eralp  Director EU, Institute of the Economic Policy Research Foundation of Turkey (TEPAV) and Marc Pierini from Carnegie Europe
